We ordered a birthday bouquet for a relative in Alberta and we live in Ontario. We received several text messages with pictures of the bouquet before delivery to see if we wanted any changes. The relative has told us that 2 weeks later the flowers are still beautiful.

I have had the pleasure with dealing with JMK florist SE., specifically Hannah! I live in Ontario and wanted to send some flowers to our sister who lives in Calgary from our mom. When you order online you never know what you are getting. This Christmas design blew me away. The customer service was A-1! Hannah sent me texts with pictures of the arrangement to see if I wanted to make any adjustments, then sent another saying the arrangement had been delivered! Never have I ever had anyone follow up like that. Amazing. Thank you again for taking such good care of us.

Another fabulous bouquet of flowers provided by JMK florist! Highly recommend! This is the 2nd JMK flower arrangement my friends have spoiled me with in the past 6 months, and both have been amazing! Actually, make that 3 – another was sent to my Mom, and hers was equally as beautiful and long lasting. Hannah and the team are wonderful, and delivery was very smooth – calling in advance to ensure we were home. Even received a nice thank-you gift for the repeat business (thank-you for the chocolates, really enjoyed them!). The great service and beautiful arrangements put a smile on my face during some very difficult times. Flowers were very fresh and lasted longer than most. Thank-you JMK! I'm all the way from BC Vancouver. My sisster is a province over and she recovering from surgery. I went on Google and I don't know why but out of the 3 florist closest to her address I chose this lovely place.

I phoned and explain my situation.

I can't express my gratitude enough and how accommodating and she went all out with the arrangement I had chosen .

Delivery was also on point.

I highly recommend this place.

I would highly recommend JMK Florist. I had received a bouquet from them after my mom passed away. The arrangement was stunning and lasted a long time. I recently ordered 3 bouquets of flowers from here within days of each other.

I ordered online, which was a user-friendly site, but I also needed to call to ask a question. Hannah promptly answered the phone and quickly sorted out my question. I would be hard-pressed to find a more pleasant, caring person than Hannah. She has gone above and beyond. Before delivery, Hannah ensured the arrangements met my expectations. All the bouquets have been beautiful and have brought joy. On top of this, all the arrangements were delivered within the time they were scheduled to be dropped off. Thank you so much JMK!
